Step 1: Share the Course Access Code (teacher)
Login to the course in Schoology (the one that you'd like them to have access to).
Copy the Access Code for the course (left sidebar, bottom of the page)
Ask them to Join the Course using the Course Access Code.
Step 2: Join a Course by Access Code (para)
Ask for the Access Code from the teacher
Login to Schoology, select the Courses tab (header)
Select My Courses (link on right side of the page)
Select Join a Course
Provide the Course Access Code given to you by the teacher.
Step 3: Elevate Member to Course Admin (teacher)
Login to the course in Schoology.
Navigate to Members (left sidebar)
Select the Gear icon next to the para's name in the member roster, select Make Admin.
Step 4: Confirm Course Admin Status (teacher/para)
Check-in with the para to make they are able to access the course as a course admin.
If you're a co-teacher in a Schoology course and have had difficulty opening assignments created with Schoology's Google Drive Assignments tool, its likely an issue of not having the permissions to the folder owned by the teacher who created the assignment. There's a way to fix the issue!

If multiple teachers are creating assignments in the course, each of the co-teachers will need to share their folders with their co-teachers.
