F.I.T.
Fitness Improvement Test (F.I.T.)
Fitness Testing will be held once in the Fall and once in the Spring. The first test will establish a baseline of performance, the second test will be scored based on improvement from the fall test. There will be four components of the F.I.T.

3-4 1/2 mile
5-6 1 mile
7-8 2 miles
Strength Test
Plank Hold (timed)
Flexibility
Standing Lunge Test (measured)
Agility
Standing High Jump (measured)
