Silent Auction will be available for viewing Friday and Saturday in the main lobbies of Rutland Arena and MNP Place (CNC). Each arena will have different prize opportunities.
Please make sure to come on by and check out many of the items in the auction. To place an online bid for the auction please view the following link
· The auction site will open at 6 pm Thursday, February 1.
· Silent Auction will close at 7 pm on Saturday, February 3, at Rutland Arena.
· All auction guests will be notified by email that the auction has closed.
· Winning bidders will receive a message regarding the items they can claim.
· Auction items must be claimed from the Sweetheart Tournament office at Rutland Arena no later than 3 pm Sunday, February 4
We are super excited to have Rocket Shirts PG on location once again for our #kelownasweetheart2024 tournament. They will be at the MNP (formerly known as CNC) location only. February 2-4, 2024 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday!)
*Please note that while on location, they will be limited to one colour decals only
Scavenger Hunt: We have put together a ringette-inspired scavenger hunt. Once completed, teams can submit their proof of completion to KRASweetheart@gmail.com by 5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 3, for a chance to win a team prize. This is your chance to be the sweetest team at Sweetheart. The first team that sends us their completed scavenger hunt will receive first prize- it's yummy! We will draw team names from any teams that complete it by Saturday at 5 pm for other prizes. Send completed forms and photos in one email to KRASweetheart@gmail.com. Please include your team name, division and contact person. The Scavenger hunt information will be provided to each team in their coach's bag.
Cookie Decorating: Available at MNP place (CNC) & Rutland Arenas, tables will be set up for athletes to decorate shortbread cookies from 10 am - 4 pm Friday and Saturday (until supplies last)
Craft Activity: Available at CNC & Rutland Arenas, tables will be set up for athletes to use their crafting creativity 10 am - 4 pm Friday and Saturday (until supplies last)
