It was rewarding to hear the script I'd only read and seen on paper, come to life. The characters that had only been words on a page now had voices. It was hard to get there though.
First, the script had to be written. Voice actors found and recorded. Everyone had to be kept up to date on what was needed and when it was needed by. Then of course everything had to be put together.
It took longer than I had anticipated, and more organization, but the result was very rewarding. I learned a lot from the process, and ended up with a podcast I'm proud of. I hope you like it!
Evan Segraves:10th grade
I enjoy video games and cars. I learned a lot from my science fiction class. I enjoy making my own world come to life.
Tyler Cherry-Key: 11th grade
I was born in Arkansas and enjoy gardening, decorating, and bonfires by the lake. Writing and helping with our podcast "Casted" really helped me decide what I want to do in the career field. Working together and actually finishing helped create a sense of accomplishment.
Gavin Scott: 9th Grade
I was born in California but moved to South Korea before the second grade. I would spend five years in Korea, then moved to Arkansas for the seventh grade at Arkansas Arts Academy. Before long, I realized my passion for theater and creative writing and have been pursuing those since.
I'd like to continue my education in theatre and creative writing, and eventually become an actor professionally. I'd also like to continue writing, and maybe even at one point get into directing.
