Now that you've observed infographics, it is time to create. You already have a bar graph of your data on paper. That is one element that you will need. You may choose the other elements you'd like to include, but always think about your focus question: What message do you want your audience to understand?
To make sure you're addressing this, think about the discoveries that you made. Choose one, and use that as your focus. Add your graph, add a specific title, and add text that relates to your graph and explains what you discovered.

Criteria for a Great Infographic
We are just about ready to create. Before we start, it will be helpful to understand how you will be evaluated. To get to know the rubric, use it to score the sample infographic above. Remember, it is a basic sample and it may be missing components. Make sure to score it with a critical eye- it will help you know the criteria you need when create your own. There are many free tools that can be used to create infographics. I found Infogr.am to work the best for our project. Here is a video that shares the basics of creating using this tool.
