The grades Canvas is sending over aren't showing in Skyward!
This can happen if the original Canvas assignment that was sent to Skyward was deleted there. Someone might do this if they send over an assignment early before there are grades, thinking they're just cleaning up the gradebook. But, once that original assignment shell is sent, if it is deleted, Canvas can't find it to put the grades in. Here's how to get it back if that is the case for you!
In your gradebook, hover over Display Options in the top tool bar.
Click on Restore Deleted Assignments.
Restore whatever you need.
