Pear Deck

What is IT

This year, students may be using Pear Deck to complete their school work from home or at school. Pear Deck is built to support active learning and empower teachers to hear from every student, every day. Pear Deck is one way that we can help kids stay connected to their learning community and on track with their educational goals. Splitting Your Screen when Using Pear Deck ⤵️

When you use Pear Deck in a live Zoom session, you'll need to split your screen so that you have 2 windows open next to one another. In one window, you'll add the code and answer questions. In the other, you'll see what your teacher is presenting in your class Zoom!

Depending on what type of computer you're using, you might need to follow some different steps. Find the kind of computer you have below to see how to split your screen for that kind of device.
