Role of an Athletic Trainer
ImPACT Concussion TESTING: Testing must be completed every two years. Generally this means entering 9th graders and returning 11th graders as well as any transfer students. Please read all instructions before beginning. It is imperative that STUDENTS complete the test themselves so that accurate data is on file. ImPACT testing cannot be completed on a smartphone. It can only be completed on a computer or laptop. To complete baseline testing, click on the link below and enter the customer code:

You do NOT need to print the final page after completing the test. All results will go automatically to the Athletic Trainer.
If you have any questions you can email the athletic trainer Samantha Jones at sjones@arlington.k12.ma.us
Any student athlete that seeks outside medical treatment must bring a note to the Athletic Trainer with clearance status.
