I am very happy to be working with my favorite students again, Arlington students! In addition to both the Gibbs School and Ottoson Middle School, I have taught classes for the Salem Public Schools, Boston University, Salem State University and at the Museum of Science, Boston. I have both a doctoral degree and a master's degree in education. Outside teaching, I enjoy travel, trying new things, and my puppy Lucy.

I am very excited to be returning to Gibbs for my second year, this year as an LC teacher! I have been teaching in Arlington for the past three years, at Peirce, Stratton, and Gibbs. While I obtained my education certification in undergrad, I am currently pursuing a master's degree in math education at BU. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy performing in community theater productions, reading, and waterskiing.

I have been teaching grade six in the town of Arlington since 1997.  My journey began at Stratton School when sixth grade was housed in the elementary schools.  When the sixth grade moved to Ottoson Middle School, I moved with it. The Gibbs School is now my new home where I will continue to teach math.
