Below is important information regarding parking, shuttles, drop-off, and pick-up for ball crew and tournament volunteers.
Parking for Ball Crew & Tournament Volunteers
Primary Parking Area (Most likely Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)
Parking availability is dependent on ticket sales for each session. If ticket sales allow, parking will be available only in the designated ball crew and tournament volunteer parking area located in the Southeast corner of the Phoenix Country Club (PCC) parking lot.
🚫 Important:
Please park only in ATC-designated Volunteer and Ball Crew spaces.
Parking in PCC member spaces is not permitted at any time.
Overflow Parking (Most likely Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
When attendance increases and the designated PCC volunteer parking area fills, parking will be redirected to North High School.
A shuttle service will transport ball crew and tournament volunteers to and from the tournament site.
Parking Availability Updates
Assume parking is available at PCC in the designated ball crew and tournament volunteer area unless notified otherwise.
Parking updates will be posted in the ATC Update Blog within the ATC Volunteer Information Center.
Email notifications will be sent when parking is redirected to North High School due to high ticket sales.
If the PCC volunteer parking area is full, parking attendants will direct you to North High School.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up
A designated drop-off and pick-up area for Ball Crew and Tournament Volunteers is located at the tournament entrance on N. Country Club Drive.
Pick-Up for Minors
For safety reasons, minors may only be picked up by a parent or legal guardian, unless prior arrangements have been communicated to tournament staff.
If someone other than a parent or legal guardian will be picking up a minor, or if you need a tournament staff member to escort your child to the designated drop-off and pick-up area, please notify us in advance:

Reminders for a Safe & Smooth Tournament Experience
🚪 Tournament Entrance: Please enter through the official outdoor ATC Tournament entrance. Entry through the Phoenix Country Club entrance is not permitted.
🎒 Personal Belongings & Valuables: Please do not leave valuables in your car. Limited storage is available in the ball crew and volunteer tents, but these areas are not secured.
🎟️ ATC Tournament Credentials: All volunteers must wear their credentials at all times for tournament access. Ball Crew volunteers should hand their credential to their on-court coordinator upon entering the tournament grounds.
