Conference Information

The UofA Engineering Student Council (ESC) is proud to host the West Regional Conference from September 24-27, welcoming engineering student councils from across the region. The last time UofA ESC hosted a regional gathering was in 2023, and we're excited to bring it back in an even bigger way. 

Participating schools in the West Region include:

• University of Arizona

• California State Polytechnic University, Pomona

• Oregon State University

• San Diego State University

• University of Colorado, Boulder

• University of California, Irvine

• New Mexico State University

• University of Hawai'i at Manoa

Students attending the conference will engage in industry tours, professional development workshops, council chats, and a mini career fair featuring employers and engineering professionals. The entire event is planned and executed by students, bringing together top engineering leaders to collaborate on council improvements, develop new technical skills, and prepare for future career opportunities. Attendees will also have valuable chances to network with industry-leading engineers.

Our goal is to make the 2026 West Regional Conference the largest and most dynamic event UofA has ever hosted, and we can only achieve that with the support of exceptional corporate sponsors.
