Beginning today, instructor's and dean's signatures are required on a Late Change Petition in order to withdraw from a class and students must have an extraordinary reason for the request to be approved
Beginning today, a change in grading basis to audit requires instructor's and dean's approval on a Change of Schedule form and will be permitted only if the student is doing passing work on the course.
