In this project, our team analyzed a dataset of Amazon office supplies, furniture, and technology orders to identify factors influencing profit per item sold. My role focused on drafting the full analytical report, which included data exploration, regression modeling, and final recommendations. We used multiple linear regression to determine which variables, such as product category, discount percentage, and revenue, significantly impacted profitability. I developed a clear narrative that explained our statistical findings and translated them into actionable insights for strategic decision-making. This project showcases my strengths in statistical writing, business-focused analysis, and presenting complex data in an accessible format.
This solo project involved creating a comprehensive credit and debt repayment strategy for a fictional character, Sam. I developed a balanced monthly budget, proposed a debt payoff plan using the snowball method, and analyzed long-term financial goals. I also explored psychological and structural factors influencing financial behavior. This project highlights my ability to apply practical financial knowledge to real-world scenarios, work with budgeting tools, and make strategic recommendations based on data and reasoning.
This individual case study required analyzing a dataset of over 13,000 global wine listings to provide actionable insights for a fictional client, E. & J. Gallo Winery. I used Excel for data cleaning and preliminary analysis and Tableau to create interactive visualizations that explored trends in wine type, price, and customer ratings. The final report combined descriptive statistics, ANOVA testing, and visual storytelling to support strategic recommendations. This project demonstrates my proficiency in Excel and Tableau, as well as my ability to extract insights and communicate findings clearly for business decision-making.
