Latin 1-2

Latin 1-2 is an accelerated course for new 7th and 8th grade students. 

In this course, we will cover the vocabulary, stories, and grammar following the Cambridge Latin Course, Book 1 & Book 2. Semester 1 will cover all of Book 1, and Semester 2 will cover important units from Book 2. 

Goals of the class: 

1. Catch new middle school students up to their peers in Latin II or III

2. Build vocabulary and lanugage skills 

3. Introduce students to classical language 

4. Promote and build students' reading skills in both English and Latin

Tutoring Hours: Every day before school in room 100, or during lyceum by appointment only
