How to avail of this service?
To avail of this service follow the steps below:
Visit AU Plaridel Campus’ Web-OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) to search for print books and journals available in AUPC Libraries.
Fill out the Online Document Delivery Service Form (https://forms.gle/8Qh2y87Yq8agyeAH6).
Please send all pertinent information concerning the materials you've requested: For book chapter request (Call Number, Book Title, Author, Chapter Title); For article request (Journal Title, Volume/Issue No., Article title).
If available, the requested material will be sent to your email.
TERMS OF SERVICE:
Limitations on Online Document Delivery Service are related to the capacity of available staff resources.
This is a free service to the AU Plaridel Campus Community.
The Library complies with the Copyright Law, Intellectual Property Rights, and Fair Use. Requests are limited to one journal article/book chapter per title only or not exceeding ten percent (10%) of the work.
Requests for more than one hundred pages or encompassing entire works are not allowed.
Online Document Delivery Service reserves the right to process one request per person per day, depending on staffing and overall request volume.
The scanned materials will only be available to the requester for one (1) week only.
Some collections may not be eligible for Online Document Delivery Service.
Upon receiving the request, DO NOT send a copy to others or forward it. Redistribution and reproduction of these scanned materials provided by the AU Plaridel Campus Library are prohibited and punishable by the Copyright Law and Intellectual Property Rights.
If the request does not comply with the terms of service, the Librarian will contact the requester by email.
