Arellano University Plaridel Campus Physical Library is open from Monday thru Saturday at 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The Online Library Services is available from Monday to Saturday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
A. BONAFIDE STUDENTS
With the “New Normal” set-up, physical circulation of library books will be limited to University Administrators, Staff and Faculty Members only.
Students who wish to borrow books may only be provided with scanned copies of certain pages or chapter of the needed library materials.
B. FACULTY / EMPLOYEE MEMBERS
Faculty members may borrow three (3) books for one (1) month, renewable every month. Requirements are Company I.D.
A. STUDENTS
Students with overdue book/s will be charged Php10.00 per book per day including Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. Payable at the Bursar's Office.
B. FACULTY / EMPLOYEE
Faculty / Employees with overdue books will be charged twenty pesos (P20.00) per book per day including Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. Payable at the Bursar's Office.
Faculty members must fill-up the Instructional Media Resources Reservation Form.
Availability for the use of the Viewing Room is on a first-come-first serve basis.
If the pages are slightly torn, a fine of one hundred pesos (P100.00) must be paid upon the return of the book.
If the pages are severely torn, a replacement of the same or its latest edition is required of the student within a week plus one hundred pesos (P100.00) processing fee payable upon the return of the book. Borrowers who do not replace the book will not be issued a library clearance.
A lost book while out on loan must be replaced with the same title or on its latest edition within a week plus one hundred pesos (P100.00) processing fee payable at the Bursar's Office.
Please return library materials on time and avoid overdue fines.
Kindly Present your STUDENT / FACULTY I.D. upon entry for checking if you are already REGISTERED so you may proceed on STEP 3.
If you are not yet registered, you must fill up the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM (Make sure you have a Mobile Data to Scan our QR CODE and fill up the REGISTRATION FORM using your own MOBILE DEVICE).If you don't have, kindly ask for assistance on the assigned Librarian. Once finished you may now proceed to fill up the ATTENDANCE FORM. If you are inside the Library please inform the assigned Librarian for further assistance.
* NOTE: Please prepare a screenshot or a Photo of your I.D. to upload for registration the form
You must fill up the ATTENDANCE FORM (Make sure you have a Mobile Data to Scan our QR CODE and Fill up the ATTENDANCE FORM using your own MOBILE DEVICE). If you don't have, kindly ask for assistance on the assigned Librarian.
* NOTE: You are also required to fill up this form every time you visit the library.
Bring your important belongings with you and put your bag at the BAG COUNTER and make sure you put your MOBILE PHONE(S) on SILENT.
MINIMIZE YOUR VOICE while speaking as showing RESPECT for anyone reading and inside the LIBRARY.
After using a book, kindly ask the assigned Librarian for the Location of the box and gently put the book(s) inside the LIBRARY BOOK DROP BOX.
You may visit the Library anytime within the schedule even during LUNCH BREAK.

Instructional Media Materials, Vertical File Materials, and books from the General Reference Section are for ROOM-USE-ONLY.
SHS Students can use the college library. However, they have ROOM-USE PRIVILEGED ONLY from the Senior High School Collection. They are not allowed to loan library materials except for photocopying purposes and should be returned immediately right after. Requirements are AU I.D., Class schedule form, photocopy slip, and photocopy pass.
