Welcome to GSR School — a resource from Area 53 to help General Service Representatives find their footing, whether you're brand new to the position or picking it back up after some time away.
Nobody expects you to know all of this on day one. This site is here so you don't have to guess: start with the Intro Video, look through the Slide Show, then use Resources & Links to walk through the first steps of your GSR service. The Infographic is a quick visual recap, and the Quiz is a fun, no-pressure way to check what's stuck.
This site is maintained by Area 53. If you have questions, corrections, or ideas for it, reach out to your DCM or the Area 53 Chairperson.
