Please complete the following Google Form to confirm your options by 30th June. This will replace your original option selection that you made on your application. Every student needs to complete this new form (even if your options have not changed).

Please read all of the information included in the Sixth Form Information Pack. Then, all students and parents need to complete separate online Google Forms to confirm that you have read and understood everything.
Please complete all steps by 30th June. Please note, we won't be able to process your enrolment in August if these are not completed by the deadline.
In addition, students who are joining Arden Sixth Form from other schools will need to email us a legible copy of their birth certificate (photograph or scanned copy).

Enrolment will take place on 12th August once your GCSE results are known.
You will be emailed a link to an online enrolment form where you will need to declare your GCSE results and select your courses accordingly.
We will verify your GCSE results and email you by 5pm on Friday 13th August to confirm whether you have a place in September.
