The Black Box Competition challenges participants to create a complete dish within 90 minutes using mystery ingredients revealed only at the start, testing their adaptability and culinary skill under pressure. The Archipelago Food Festival highlights regional specialties and chef innovations through live cooking shows and themed presentations, engaging both guests and local communities. Meanwhile, the Young Chef Competition provides a platform for rising culinary talents—chefs, pastry chefs, and baristas—to demonstrate their creativity and technical expertise. Each event is evaluated by experienced judges and continues to rotate across East, Central, and West Indonesia, reinforcing Archipelago's commitment to culinary excellence.
