Kia ora e te whānau,

I am looking forward to another amazing year in the Year 7 & 8 space. I have worked with many of the children in this year's hub, whether in Year 6 or Year 7, and I am excited to be working with them again. I will continue to head up the Year 7/8 team this year.

When I am not at school I love spending time with friends and family around the braai (BBQ) or taking our dog, Odie, down to the beach, river, or dog park.

I am looking forward to spending 2025 with your amazing children. This year is my second year teaching at Ararira Springs. Last year I taught in years five and six so I am excited to be moving up with our now year sevens and getting to know the year eights! 

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, grabbing a coffee 

and going for walks, yoga, and trying out new hobbies.

When I'm not at school, I'm usually driving my own children around to their various activities, reading a book, or walking our dog.

I am excited to spend 2025 with your incredible child/ren. This marks my fifth year teaching at Te Puna o Ararira. Over my career, I have had the privilege of teaching across all primary year levels and into secondary education. This is my second year teaching Year 7 and 8 at Ararira, and I’m loving it.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, traveling, supporting my children in their various activities, tending to my garden, or reading a good book.
