Year 7-12
Come along to Run Club for some good fun and a great workout! We have runners of all different experience levels participating each week and regularly have cater to the full range of abilities. All activities are designed so that stronger runners can push themselves hard but beginners won't be left behind either. We'll aim to build your total distance while exploring things like cadence, stride length and foot striking to help you understand more about your technique.
