Free Tax Services
The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program is available for local, eligible taxpayers at Azusa Pacific University, through the Leung School of Accounting. The Leung School of Accounting’s IRS-certified student volunteers will provide free tax service through income tax return preparation with electronic filing to qualified individuals in the community.
Financial Planning services
Research suggests over 70% of Americans believe that the current generation of young adults will have a more difficult time than their parents in saving for the future, paying for college, and buying a home. The SBM recently received a grant from Canyon City Foundation to provide money management and financial literacy services to equip and inspire individuals in our community to implement a growth mindset and create a long-term plan for financial success.
