Responsive Classroom is student-centered and evidence-based approach to teaching and behavior management. While teaching, I have been able to participate in several of their school site workshops focusing on fostering positive classroom environments, behavior management, and restorative justice.

These conferences are a key part of the IB's professional development program, offering opportunities for networking, learning, and reflecting on the IB's mission and curriculum.
National Federation of State High School Associations
I am an NFHS Certified Interscholastic Coach. Courses required for certification include classes pertaining to the fundamentals of coaching, sportsmanship, strength training, bullying and hazing, CPR and First Aid, and other coaching related topics.
BSN Sports: SURGE Program
The SURGE program equips coaches and athletes with the tools, support and resources needed to Power Girls Forward and fortify them through life’s current and future adversities and challenges – whether they’re competing on the field, in the classroom, at work or with themselves.
