What do I do if I need help with my online classes?

FIRST... Seek help from your teachers through Google Classroom or email. All building emails are also listed on the Office Connected page of this site, in the event you need to reach your counselor or principals. Remember, the best way to reach staff will be by email -- the school phone lines may not have someone there to answer.

THEN... If you are unable to connect with your teacher, you should use this form to contact the help desk. There are staff prepared to answer questions through normal work hours. Please include as much detail about your problem or question as you can, and someone will reach out to you.

What sort of schedule should I keep during the day?

Keeping yourself in a good routine will help make things more manageable while learning from home. Get help from your family to help make a schedule that works for you! An example schedule is linked below. Feel free to make a copy of this document and set your own times.

When is my school office open and how do I find contact emails for other faculty at my school?

The best way to reach your counselor or principal is through email or through their Google Classroom. If you need immediate help, you can call the APS Engagement Center at 330-761-2810. They will help you with your problem or they will take a message and send it to the person you need to reach. Please be patient for a return call.

What about my grades and attendance?

Grades: You are responsible for all school work assigned during remote learning. Teachers will grade and provide feedback in Google Classroom. You and your parents can monitor student progress by visiting HAC (Home Access Center).
