The personal project will count as assessment grades for each core subject.

It will be assessed as follows:

• Due 9/9/24      = Objective A:  Choosing a Topic - Journal Prompts #1-15

• Due- 10/25/24  = Objective B:  Define the goal - Journal Prompts # 15-25

• Due -11/15/24 = Objective C:  Select sources - Journal Prompts #25 - 35

• Due- 12/20/24   = Objective D: Apply information - Journal Prompts # 35- 49

• Due-2/12/25-2/26/25   = MYP Personal Project Mock IB Exhibition

• Due - 1/27/25  = Objective G:  Rough draft MYP Personal Project Report in PAPER      (1,500-word count typed report)  

Note: PAPER is a live tutor app on mybackpack to support students with essays, projects,  and homework.

• Due  -3/20/25     = Official MYP Personal Project (Final Draft due in Toddle and Project Board due in Advisory ) 

• IB Exhibition Day - Wednesday, March  26, 2024  

• IB Exhibition Night- Thursday, March 27, 2024 (tentative date)

Note: a minimum of 25 hours devoted to personal projects should be done in Grade 10
