APS Digital Resources Handbook

Please review the Digital Resources Handbook for detailed information on applications like Remind, Zoom, Google Workspace for Education, Office 365, TutorATL, and other platforms that we frequently use in APS.

New Students

All new students are eligible to receive an APS-issued Chromebook through the Digital Bridge Initiative. Before receiving their devices, the student must:

1. Be registered with D.T. Howard Middle School through the school registrar.

2. Receive a student ID, network ID, and lunch number from the school registrar.

3. Complete the Digital Bridge Mobile User Agreement.

4. See the Instructional Technology Specialist to be issued a device and charger.

myBackpack

myBackpack is a "one-stop-shop" for many of the digital resources and files that students will use. It can be accessed on any device by visiting mybackpack.apsk12.org. Watch the videos below for more help or call the APS Service Desk at (404) 802-1000 from 7 AM–5:30 PM.
