District Leadership Team 

Purpose: A district-level team is charged with leading the continuous improvement process while using data to design and adjust the district’s system, ensuring the success of every student while elevating student, caregiver, and staff voices. If the school system has completed a Strategic Plan, the work of the District Team can and should connect directly to strategic goals.
