Arlington Public Schools, District #24, is a proud rural PK–12 district located in the heart of Arlington, Nebraska. Our district serves students and families from the communities of Arlington, Elk City, Fontanelle, and Kennard.
Rooted in strong community values and a tradition of excellence, Arlington Public Schools is classified as a Class III district by the Nebraska Department of Education and a Class C-2 school in the Nebraska School Activities Association. We’re also a proud member of the Nebraska Capital Conference, where our students showcase their talents both in and out of the classroom.

Arlington Public Schools is a close-knit district that brings all students together under one roof. Our building houses Elementary School (Pre-K–6), Middle School (7 & 8), and Secondary School (9–12), creating a strong sense of connection and community among students of all ages. Each year, we serve approximately 630 to 710 students, maintaining a student-to-teacher ratio of about 12:1, which allows us to provide personalized attention and meaningful learning experiences for every child.
