My name is Cassandra Sims, and I am excited to be teaching 12th grade English and AP Literature and Composition for the 2022-2023 school year. You can learn more about me by clicking the "About Me" tab above.

I have been teaching for over a decade and am PASSIONATE about being a "champion for children". I am excited to work with you and your student(s) in order to improve literacy, writing, and critical thinking skills.

For course specific content, please use Google classroom, as this has the most relevant, up-to-date course information and content. *Access codes have been provided in the course syllabi.

Additionally, I love communication. I believe that a proactive stance prevents unnecessary issues and stress. Please feel free to contact me at any time. I may not always respond right away, but I try to maintain a 24 hour turn around time. There are no ridiculous questions!
