Dear San Antonito Families,
Thanks to your amazing support, our 2025 Jog-a-Thon exceeded all expectations! We are thrilled to share that there is an extra $11,397.41 available for the PTA to spend — and we want to hear from YOU on how those funds should be used.
Please take a few moments to complete the short survey sent out in November's Roadrunner newsletter.
When making suggestions, please keep in mind:
Any project that requires building or installation must go through APS and meet district requirements.
The funds must benefit all students at San Antonito, not just one grade level or group.
Ideas such as an electronic marquee ($40,000+) or a shade structure ($27,000) have been explored; however, those options are currently not feasible due to cost.
If you'd like to submit a more detailed proposal for consideration, please email the PTA with a brief description of your idea along with an estimated cost. The deadline for proposal submission is November 11th.
Your input matters! After reviewing community feedback, final decisions on how to spend the surplus will be made through a vote of the PTA general membership.
