What's happening in the library

August

1st week - Students will enjoy a read aloud, discuss library expectations and behaviors participate in a get-to-know-me activity.

2nd week - Students will watch a Scholastic Book Fair preview video and make a wish list of books they'd love to buy. Students may buy books if they have money or parents have set up an e-wallet for them. If students don't have money with them during their regularly-scheduled library time, they may bring money later in the week and come during first or last recess to buy a book (the fair will not be open during lunch). Only students with money may enter the book fair during recess. Students are welcome to shop with their parent/guardian after school from 3:50-4:50 on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
