About me
I am a local New Mexican and a proud Lobo graduate. I spent two years teaching English in France before returning to NM to pursue my NM State license. This will be my fifth year at John Baker and my sixth year teaching with APS, which I couldn't be more thrilled about! My teaching has been heavily influenced by Montessori's philosophy of education and I strive to cultivate elements of her work in my classroom. In my spare time, I enjoy teaching dance to all ages at a local non-profit arts center. I believe every student has the ability to grow and shine and it is my joy to be able to participate in their journey. I am incredibly grateful to be able to do what I love every single day!
