Swimmers

Practices will always run 5:15  PM - 6:45 PM at Highland pool unless otherwise stated.  We will have practice every weekday.  Swimmers are expected to arrive 10-15 minutes before we get in the water.  Swimmers must be picked up and out of the facility no later than 10 minutes.

Swimmers will be grouped into the following practice days

• Club Swimmers will practice on Tuesday and Friday.

• Non-Club Swimmers every weekday

Swimmers have morning weights at the school gym Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri from 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM

Swimmers must bring their food and drinks to practice.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at Valley Pool

Thursdays and Tuesdays at Sandia Pool
