Types of Volunteers we Need:

Committee Chair - Manage the event and coordinate the efforts of committee members

Committee Members - Help to plan events and help out day of the event

General Volunteers - Help out when you can, but not planning

Committees Explained:

Committees are groups of volunteers who are planning an event together.  Committees range in size from 1 person to 10 people, depending on the complexity and time involvement of the event.  Committees are given a budget for each event, and the chance to plan a great event each year!  We look forward to new committee members, as each group can come up with some wonderful new ideas and ways to improve our events.

What is involved in Volunteering:

Volunteering can be as involved or laid back as you like.  Some parents like to be in the school during the day, making popcorn, or other more time intensive options best for them.  

Committees often meet in the evenings or weekends outside of work hours, with just 1 big event to be present for during the day or after school. Some committee meetings are held in person and others are done online, or a combinations of both! Committees are a great way to be involved in something fun at the school.

Some parents prefer to volunteer at events that are already planned.  We send out sign ups for our large events, like book fair, science fair, and Basket Night so you can volunteer when it works best for your schedule.
