OUR DONATIONS CAMPAIGNS
OUR DONATIONS CAMPAIGNS
We have 3 main fundraising campaigns during the school year. These include:
Hawks Fund in August - A direct donation campaign to help jumpstart our school year budget. We suggest a $75 donation for each child
Fun Run/ Trek for Tech in September/October - Students collect pledges from friends and family, run laps, get treats, and have fun, all while earning money for our school
Basket Night in May - Our most entertaining fundraiser! Classes assemble "baskets" which are then raffled off to students. We have food, games and fun. A great way to end the year!
We also fundraise through our monthly Hawks Night Out. These events occur at various local businesses and restaurants. A great way to see your fellow community members, support our school, and support a local business!
Our Hawks Fund Direct Donation Campaign runs throughout the year, with most donations occurring in August. Our recommended donation is $100 per child in the school.

Trek 4 Tech
What an incredible Trek - 4 - Tech this year! Thanks to your generosity, enthusiasm, and school spirit, we made this fundraiser one for the record books. Because of you, we’re one step closer to our big technology goals for our students.
Top Grade Level:
Kindergarten raised an amazing $8,476 and will be celebrating with a pizza party!
Top Earning Class:
Mrs. Pipkin’s 2nd Graders brought in $3,357 and earned a Pop Pop’s party!
Top Individual Fundraiser:
Eli M. (2nd Grade) raised an incredible $1250! Eli will enjoy lunch with Mr. Dodge and three friends!
From the bottom of our PTSA hearts, thank you for supporting Trek- 4 -Tech. Every dollar raised helps our students grow and keeps our tech programs thriving. Let’s set our sights even higher for next year and crush that goal together!

Basket Night
Basket Night
Basket Night is our most popular community event and fundraiser!
Each class assembles a basket to be raffled off at basket night. Families then purchase raffle tickets and enter to win the baskets of their choice! We also have food vendors, face painters, games, music and entertainment. It is a great way to end the year!
