GIRLS BASKETBALL

Items to Bring:

• Athletic Clothes (no jeans, spaghetti strap tops, crop tops, etc.)

• Athletic Shoes (no crocks, sandals, etc.)

• Water Bottle

Eligibility for Tryouts:

• Completed NMAA and APS Paperwork turned in to the Athletic Director BEFORE tryouts:

*If your student turned in the paperwork for volleyball tryouts, they do NOT have to resubmit the paperwork*

• • NMAA Sports Physical (requires a doctor/physician visit)

  • NMAA Consent to Treat Form

  • NMAA Concussions Form

  • APS Athletic Participation Consent Form

  • APS Athletic Code of Conduct

• Academic Eligibility: GPA of 2.0 or higher with NO F's for the fall 2024 semester
  (6th graders are exempt from this requirement)
