If any non-graduating seniors at your school are being permitted to work through May, have your CA email the student's name, ID number, and eCADEMY courses to ecademyhelpdesk@aps.edu. We will gladly re-enable those students' courses.
If a student needs an AP Course or a new course in a closed section (10th period and up if they have finished a course, Geo/Astro), please email ecademyhelpdesk@aps.edu
If you are unable to login to Edgenuity as an educator, please email ecademyhelpdesk@aps.edu

What's the difference between overall, actual, and relative grade?
You can easily group your students so that you can find them in Edgenuity (without having to search student-by-student).
This video is made for teachers, but you can follow the same steps!
Remember:
Students enrolled in two courses cannot plan on "finishing one course before starting the other." This is difficult for students to juggle and many students think they can finish S1 before starting S2.
Underclassmen with little-to-no eCADEMY/Edgenuity experience often struggle with two courses at one time. It's best to enroll 9th/10th graders in one class to start.
If you would like to re-add the student to their course(s), first initiate contact with the student and discuss the expectations for eCADEMY courses. Watch the video to the left for the re-enrollment procedure.
If a student chooses to drop their course, no longer needs a course, etc.
