Welcome Students and Parents! 

I Just wanted to say welcome to Cibola High School and that I’m extremely excited to be working with you and your student this year.  I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Chris Howe (Coach Howe) and I am your (or your student's) teacher for one of the following classes: Weight training 1, 2, 3 or Health . I am here to help your student get exposed to physical activities and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle, that they can take with them well beyond this class.  I am always here to help your student be successful in this class, to give them a release from the stressors of everyday laif and to have some fun!    

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask, at any time.  I am here to assist your student in getting the most out of this class and am willing to help in any way to facilitate that.
