Say "Hello" to your HubBubbles

When you have a Monkey Mind or when your HubBubbles are in charge you may not be doing your best. It's alright to have HubBubbles, they are just visiting feelings, sensations, thoughts, and sensations. When you slow down, notice your HubBubbles and say "Hi", you can eventually put your Boss Brain back in charge.
