Class Description:
The AHA Guitar Program focuses on the study of Classical Guitar with an emphasis on musical notation, technique, and musicianship. Students will learn how to apply the concepts of classical guitar to any genre of music they enjoy playing. Students are encouraged to explore genres outside of what is specifically taught in class.
At the end of each semester students will participate in a concert with their peers.
In addition to school concerts and other performances the AHA Guitar Program participates in several district events, such as:
Honor Guitar
Large Group Festival
Solo/Ensemble Festival
All State
