Observational Rounds

Participate in three reciprocal observation rounds. Each round will take approximately three weeks. For each round, there are three phases:

• • Prepare: Select a focus for your observation or review and contact your partner to arrange the logistics (week one).

  • Observe: Teach one session with an observer or provide access to materials; observe a peer teach or review materials (week two).

  • Reflect: Share feedback with your partners (week three).
