Sharing Session

After completing the observational rounds, you will participate in a meeting to discuss the insights you have gained about teaching and learning.

Come prepared to share based on the following questions:

What did you learn about your teaching? What did you learn about yourself as a teacher?
What surprised you about your teaching?
What did you learn from your peers? What is something you saw that you appreciate?
What did you try/ will try that you observed in another classroom?
What changes will you make in the future based on your participation in TS?
What are your next steps?
