I am an Exercise Science major with a minor in Sport Science and Coaching. After graduating, I plan to pursue my Masters in Occupational Therapy at Appalachian State. I am currently a part of the Exercise Science Honors Program and aspire to continue studying how our body responds to exercise. Between semesters, I work at a baseball training facility that provides lessons, camps, and clinics to our youth. Alongside my colleagues, our facility focuses on developing proper training plans and programs that improve physical and mental skills.
I am a junior Exercise Science major with a minor in Nutrition. I have worked as a Certified Nurse Tech (CNA) for over 4 years in a Cardiac Progressive Care unit at Cone Health. In 2022 I was a student worker with the Appalachian State football team working with the Athletic Trainers. After college I plan to attend Chiropractic school where I would like to specialize in Sports Chiropractic. I also participate in the Appalachian Wesley Foundation. Outside of class you can find me running and hiking with friends.
