This is normal text. You can adjust text styles using the toolbar that appears when you type. Double-click anywhere on a page to insert text.
For accessibility and search engine optimization, be sure that every page has only one title, and that you use the Heading and Subheading styles only to label sections of your page, not to change the font size. See the next section, "Highlighting information," for better ways to call attention to specific text.
You can use the Button option on the insert tab to insert call-to-action buttons.
You can also emphasize a section by changing its background color using the small palette icon that appears to the left of each section.
Use the Pages tab to insert new pages or subpages.
You can rearrange pages by dragging and dropping.
Click the three-dot menu icon beside a page name to change a page's properties, like its menu name and URL path, or to duplicate or delete a page.
By default, the first page you create will be the site's homepage, but you can choose to set a different page as the homepage.
On the Insert tab, use the Layouts section to choose a layout. You can add multiple layout blocks to one page (e.g., one three-column section and one two-column section.)
Underneath the Layouts section, you will find options for inserting buttons, dividers, YouTube videos, and Google Docs, Maps, Calendars, Forms, Sheets, or Slides.
By clicking the + icon in an image layout, you can insert images and they will be automatically sized and cropped to fit in your layout. You can also insert maps, calendars, or YouTube videos.
Be sure to add alt text describing the image after you insert it. To add alt text, click the image, then click the three dot menu icon that appears on a toolbar above the image and choose "Add alt text."
