This year, students will spend 6 weeks learning how to map geologic outcrops and features in a variety of ways. We will travel to Montana to map glacial landforms, deformed units, and checking out active faults and the landscapes they create. We will also spend some time visiting national parks and historic sites on our way to and from the field area.
