Megan Laws is a graduate of Appalachian State University '18 & '19. She has an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Math, Science, & Technology and is pursuing a graduate degree in Reading Education. She has plans to teach in North Carolina following the completion of her educational pursuits.
Amber Mathis is a graduate of Appalachian State University '19. Amber has an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Math, Science, & Technology. She is pursuing a Masters degree in Reading Education with a certification in Autism Spectrum Disorders. She aspires to teach in North Carolina following her graduation in May 2020.
Britany Murphy is a graduate of Appalachian State University '18 & '19. Britany has a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education with a minor in English. She completes her Masters degree in Reading Education in December of 2019 with a Reading Specialist Certificate. She will begin teaching as an elementary school teacher in North Carolina, January of 2020.
Grace Schmidt is a graduate of Appalachian State University '19. She has an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Studio Art and a concentration in Visual Art. She is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Reading Education with a certification in Autism Spectrum Disorders. She looks forward to being a classroom teacher in North Carolina following her graduation in May 2020, and hopes to someday become a Reading Specialist.
Coua Yang is a graduate of Appalachian State University '19. She has an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Media Studies and a concentration in Diversity Studies. She is currently pursing her Masters in Reading Education with a certification in Autism Spectrum Disorders. She plans to teach in North Carolina after allowing herself the chance to explore through teaching abroad for a year before settling down in a classroom.
