Exploring Self-Determined Motivation and Flow State in Strength-Based and Collegiate-Sport Athletes
This research explores the relationship between motivation and Flow State during weight lifting. This is work that is being done as part of Adam Chastain's Masters thesis.
Aging Well and Moving More
The Aging Well study is a physical education program that will provide instruction, education, and resources for older adults to be able to adopt more physically active habits in order to preserve and improve their health and quality of life. As part of the program, participants will complete a provided health assessment in order to evaluate their specific needs and establish a base-line to track progress.
MS and Physical Activity Based Charity Events - A Longitudinal Examination
This online, survey-based, longitudinal research study is examining motivation for long-term physical activity participation in individuals diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis or individuals with close ties to someone diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (e.g., family member, friend, etc.) who plan to participate in a physical activity-based charity fundraiser event(s) dedicated to finding a cure for Multiple Sclerosis.
