Catering

Beans 2 Brew is a Non-Profit, student-run organization located on the 2nd floor of WCOB. We provide our volunteers with applicable business experience in relevant areas of study and raise funds for affiliated clubs. 

We offer catering services for all kinds of on-campus events, such as orientations, class meetings, club meetings, department meetings, and more! 

For catered events, we can provide a variety of hot drinks such as drip coffee, hot chocolate, and assorted teas. We also offer pastries from an amazing local bakery, Stick Boy Bread Company. Offerings can be found below: 

Coffee: 

• Light, Medium, Dark, and Decaf: 

• Each airpot of coffee serves ~10-12 people for $14 

Other Hot Beverages: 

(Provided in individual packages)

• Hot Tea: 

  • Assorted Flavors

  • Each airpot of hot water and packets for 10 people for $8

• Hot Chocolate:

  • Each airpot of hot water and packets for 10 people for $12

Supplies included: 

• Small coffee cups 

• Low-calorie sweetener 

• Sugar 

• Java Jackets 

• Coffee stirrers 

• 1-2 carafes of half-and-half for coffee* 

*French Vanilla or Almond Milk are available upon request. 

Delivery

**We offer delivery to anywhere within Peacock Hall for free but if you would like it delivered outside of  Peacock Hall there will be an additional charge of 20% or $15 minimum, whichever is greater**
