Types of Contracts

The application does not collect any personally identifiable information and there can be purchased using a pcard without a district contract.

The Universal Clever Digital Sharing Agreement is a digital resource contract that vendors in the Clever Portal sign with Clever. As a district contracted with Clever, the Clever DSA extends to PPS. These apps are covered under the Clever DSA and can be purchased using a PCard.

A PPS Master Contract is a digital resources contract that has been signed for all of PPS. This type of contract is generally used when there is a large number of school interested in a resource allowing district wide contracting and price negotiation. This application will require a Digital Resource purchase order or contract as the resources will track and contain student and/or staff PII data. Complete a purchase order or a DR contract. When your purchase order or DR contract is complete please submit your invoice to ppsap@pps.net. Contact Purchasing & Contracting with any questions.

The Student Data Privacy Agreement comes from the Student Data Privacy Consortium and allows PPS to share data privacy agreement with other members of the Oregon Chapter. This agreement is sought after for applications that are not included in other agreements or contract options above.
