I am a previous graduate of Thousand Islands Central myself, Class of 1998.  After graduating from TI I attended college for art.  In 2002 I completed my BFA in Graphic Design from SUNY Oswego and went onto Syracuse University to complete a MS in Art Education.

Art classes in the high school begin with Studio Art, a beginners guide.  An opportunity for students to dabble in a variety of mediums, techniques and learn about a number of different artists.  We offer a wide range of electives in the arts including Ceramics, Crafts, Interior Design, Traditional Black & White Photography, Drawing & Painting, Sculpture and Graphic Design.  Digital Photography is available for JCC EDGE credit!

I myself enjoy ALL of the arts and like to work in multiple mediums.  I enjoy being an art teacher a great deal and am proud to represent the Thousand Islands School community.
